Scot Dowd, PhD - Diagnosing Bacterial Biofilm Infections

Dr. Scot Dowd's work experience with the USDA, diagnostics, bioinformatics and wound care has led to some remarkable discoveries. This knowledge is practiced daily within PathoGenius, his new company, and seems to help patients with chronic bacterial infections get properly diagnosed and treated.

I met Scot in October of 2010 and discussed their molecular diagnostics. Their approach has set a new standard of care for treating chronic bacterial biofilm infections, particularly in the wound and ENT areas.
