I had to have a bit of a giggle at the poor backup singer trying to hit that high note. It looks like she's in pain, while Carrie could do it standing on her head.

@allaurae that is actually a different backup singer Carrie has. Her other one, actually tried to outsing Carrie and Carrie's fans, including got upset with her, trying to outstage Carrie. Luckily, Carrie has got powerful vocals that outsing her by a mile. And she left to do something, so that didn't have to release her.

She isn't going to be walking back and forth on the grand ole opry stage. Carrie knows when to perform and when to just stand there and sing.
Go watch some of the videos of here concerts where she's singing a fun song like "Before he cheats". She definitely is performing when singing those types of songs.
Personally I believe she's the total package, she knows when to just stand there and sing and when to entertain as well. I think she has great stage presence.

Carrie is one of greatest singers ever - I have never seen her sing a bad live song, very very few performers can do this day i day out for 4 years straight. She is the total package, vocals, beauty, and grace.
