hahaha You don't need to overrated the Brazilian people, but yes, he is a brazilian.I'm too, and i can say that we have amazing guitarrist, percussionist, and all kind of musician. Look for Kiko Loureiro (the guy in the video), Eduardo Ardanuy, Aquilles Priester, Frank Solari, Mozart Mello, Andria Busic, Juninho Afram and some others and you will see.
Anyway, Brasil is a great country and aren't under any other.
