Sonic Adventure 2 Battle - 1-Player Cosmic Wall in 2-Player mode (sort of)

This is what first got me into the outside the stages glitches in this game. I first got hit and saw I couldn't come back, so I picked a corner and flew towards it watching it switch to 1-Player camera even though there were 2 players.

Cosmic Wall broken 1-Player version on 2-Player mode (Action Replay):
This only works on the top-right corner of the screen for some reason. Just jump off to the right on the top and you will just fly out. Without codes, you can fly for a short time, but not enough to play the stage. With codes, you can get to 1-Player mode, then fly straight up and see some enemies. From here, just follow them and use the arrows to know where to go. It is very odd that none of the full platforms are here, but all the objects, weights, and enemies (green things do no damage here) appear. While navigating this whole thing, you will eventually come to a red gate where you are supposed to ride on the coaster thing, but it isn't there. Fly around the gate and follow the enemies. Careful here because there are no arrows to help you. Follow the enemies closely and you should come to another gate. This one is green. Once here, one of two things will happen, you will not pass, or when you do pass, there is nothing here. I believe this stage is not just 1 stage. It has to be like 3 or 4 stages similar to Tony Hawk's American Wasteland. 1 stage loads, when you get to the coaster, the next stage loads while you ride the coaster. Since there is no coaster, you can not finish the level. Unfortunately, I got lost a few times and gave up.

Green Hill (Cheat Run):
I always wanted to know how people were completing Green Hill in 22 seconds with my best time being 31 seconds. I have decided that people were using cheat codes, so, with cheating, I can beat it fast too.

The end of the video:
Since I was using a laptop to record the video, the batteries ran out and messed up the saved video. When I turned it back, it kept recording the same 3 seconds. That's why the video and sound didn't make sense.

Other stages I have exited:
Chao World (Normal)
City Escape (Truck Chase)
White Jungle (unknown area in 2-Player mode)
Mad Space (unused planet maybe?)
Metal Harbor 2-P (as Metal Sonic, the rocket is turned 90 degrees)
Metal Harbor 1-P (passed the goal, there is an unknown area, but does nothing)
Green Forest (unused area under a large tree [center of the level])
Crazy Gadget (outside tunnel transports / light-dash space rings / Anti-Gravity Room)
Cosmic Wall 1-P (2-Player play area which causes you to get stuck)
Cosmic Wall 2-P (invisible platform a little passed the top platform)
Pyramid Cave (objects from Grind Race level)
Mission Street 1-P (2-P play area / unused riser platform / unknwon area under highway)
Grind Race (unknwon area behind goal)

    lol

  • @Groudon0199 yeah, I mathematically figured out the fastest possible time to complete this level. It is more or less 31 seconds flat. I have done that as well. The only way to complete Green Hill in 22 seconds is to run through everything and straight shoot to the goal. I am not counting the speed boosting codes. In that case, I completed Green Hill in 16 seconds.

The fastest time on video is 23.97 seconds, which you can find on YouTube. There's a tool-assisted speedrun that completes it in 23.84 seconds, which can also be found on YouTube. If you can somehow explain how these two videos utilize "cheat codes" after watching them, please let me know.
