The Devil's Rain (1975)

The Preston family has been cursed for generations because one of their ancestors betrayed the satanic priest John Corbis. Corbis has been following the family for decades in order to retrieve a book that would give him great power. Good and evil do battle and in the process, some of the Prestons are melted or converted to the dark side.

thanks for the film. one question crossed my mind why didn't they burn the book? but then the source of real power turned to the devil's rain. so then the book became obsolete.

After stumbling over 'Kingdom of the Spiders' the very next B movie randomly selected from over 600 on offer was yet another Shatner epic. Somewhat disturbed at this unintentional double bill (I didn't even know either of these movie's existed, let alone Captain Bill starring in them) I suddenly realised that by re-arranging Shatner's name you get.....(gulp).... SAHTEN

I shall not sleep tonight, I swear.

PS: Look out for a pre-Arnie "I'll be back..." at 13:20.
