I have many of the limitations of a quadriplegic and have used Dragon for the past 11 years. As Mr. Oliver mentioned, Dragon cannot turn the computer off and on. To overcome this obstacle, I successfully use an LCD TV computer monitor and a Quartet Technology voice activated environmental control unit. I simply leave the computer on and turn the monitor off whenever I want.
