  • mary steenburgen is still gorgeous!!!

  • @ForeverVachon You pretty much took the words out of my mouth.

  • @Tigerlily21 have you seen alice doesn't live here anymore?

  • 1981? 0.o Has anyone seen Mary Steenburgen out in the daylight? The lady doesn't age! She is gorgeous and could pass for Jaclyn Smith sister as today they look very much alike. Both classy, beautiful & youthful.

  • @Starkardur scarwid and moriarty are still acting...although today, moriarty looks like she ate all the nominees

  • Mary's adorable.

  • From the mists of memory.... I do believe Kris Kristofferson was supposed to present with Diana. He had to drop out when the show was postponed a day because of the assasination attempt on President Reagan (Kris was shooting ROLLOVER in NYC with Jane Fonda). Non-nominated Donald graciously stepped in. What a gent! As the only principle cast member not nominated for OP, he was the only actor who really could have given DeNiro competition for top award. And still has never gotten a nod.

  • I liked her speech. You can tell Moriarty really wanted it by how hard she tried to look like she didn't care.

  • Hey she´s still acting and is pretty relevant today unlike those other nominees but I like the look on Moriarty´s face - thank god I didn´t win. Hahahah

  • Cathy Moriarty gave the best female performance in a Scorsese film hands down. So real and so able to hold her own De Niro at his peak! She's incredible!
