This is proof of concept that linux has hundreds of games! At only the expense of a network connection to download them for free! This goodmorning song is available on itunes. The Author is Chamillionaire! Go get it! #goodmorningonitunes on twitter

  • That are the games by default in the system. You have many commercial games for Linux, and via Wine or Cedega you can install games made for windows in Linux too.

  • @oksigeno That is true :)

  • song?

  • @the497 Chamillionaire good morning

  • linux has no good graphics games, if you compare with the windows games, like assassin's creed, or dead space. Show-me just one, ONE realy good graphic game, like a ps3 games (ps3 have linux...).

  • @Asturball look at other people linux games videos that have some 3d games playing

  • I had to laugh watching this video after looking at a Windows demo of Battlefield 3 .

  • @Asturball oil-rush, nexuiz, warsow, spiral-knights, sauerbrate, flightgear, trine do i need to continue?

  • @CabbageNappa Quake 4, Prey and Quakewars spring to mind

  • @Asturball Quake 4, doom 3, Prey, Nexuiz, quakewars

  • Linux really has no big titles that run natively- that is what people mean when they say that Linux doesn't have games. Sorry, please try again.

  • my problem is... I've already payed for MW2, I wanna play it, I'd rather not use windows, but not at the expense of my max graphics settings and lagging my system down using wine, crossover, or any other software like that. I don't mind paying for my games, the people that make them work long and hard to make the great games that I love to play, they deserve a paycheck for what they do. I just hate the corporate entity that is microsoft, and the fact that they charge $300 for a copy of windows.

  • thank you so much.. I was able to find the name of a game that I wanted to play again but couldn't remember what it was called. All I could remember was that I'd played it on an palm pilot back in 2005 and on a linux machine. It was called "Same Gnome" or "Same Game".. a very old retro puzzle.

  • people say things like graphics? and physical cds? lol those are things you dont need to game. as long as its playable i dont care if it has a cd or if its the newest trend game. i care if im having fun with my game. and it being free on linux makes it more sweeter.
