Celebrity Trainer in NYC & Owner of The ART Studio NYC issues a 30 Day Challenge to Lose Your Muffin Top and Lose Your Love Handles! The workout link is posted in the video. Read it on Fitbie.com or watch it on YouTube. Do exercise circuit up to 5x/wk.

You cannot 'spot-reduce' you must combine smart dietary choices with the proper strength & cardio exercise to strengthen and tone muscles underneath that muffin!

Removing excess starchy carbs and liquid sugar will go along way on removing that roll around the middle. Do It for 30 days and see for yourself!

Here are the ART Method Basic Food Guidelines for this challenge:

- 3 meals per day: ONLY

- NO SNACKS

- NO ALCOHOL

- NO SODA

- Protein measure the size of your hand for every meal

- Starchy Carb = HALF the size of your hand

- Fruit/Veggie = HALF the size of your hand

- NO LIQUID CALORIES: You can have one cup of coffee per day

- Water is your only sanctioned liquid refreshment

FOR THANKSGIVING HOLIDAY: It's a holiday take that ONE DAY off. Eat Whatever, enjoy it. Back into the challenge the next day.

  • @exerciseworld Okay so 30 days are up. Lol I'm gonna continue to reach my goal, but I lost 7 pounds and 5 inches off my waist. It feels great, there's lots of ppl telling me they see the change so that motivates me to keep going and that's thanks to you. The minute I saw this video, I started working out (: (I'm not gonna lie, I did slip a couple of times but I'm only starting I'll try to change that)
