Produced by Kongsberg, the Naval Strike Missile (NSM) and the Joint Strike Missile (JSM) are autonomous, long-range, precision missiles designed to engage high-value, well-defended targets at sea and ashore.
The NSM can be launched from vessels or coastal systems while the JSM was specifically designed to be air launched.

This is wrong. The USA say they will "support further development and integration"

No, it's a test missile without a warhead . Probably just for testing of the guidance system.

Thus far, it can't be launched by a submarine. However, Storm Shadow can be, which is a pretty good cruise missile.

Do you have information if it is possible that the Naval- or Joint Strike Missile can be launced (in canisters) from torpedotubes? Like Tomahawks. That would be great for many European countries with no guided missiles at this moment but are thinking of it. The Netherlands has just like Norway submarines, air warfare destroyers and in the JSF-program.

Ahh, I believe it is either the speedy stealth boat, or the one that finds submarines and/or mines :P

Well, I can now confirm that the JSF-program has decided to go with the JSM-missile and though not formally agreed, Lockheed Martin has announced that they will go with the Kongsberg-production.
