I think they may need some new lighting also or an adjustment. It's just so dull. And, like you said, the set needs an update, it's not exactly suitable for HD.
WWAY's are berable, the lowers aren't that bad, but the rest are pretty half assed.

Raycom needs some sense slapped into them. This graphic package absolutely sucks. it's disgusting. they're just like Media General. They try to make it look cool, but epically fail. the only station that halfway pulls this pack off is WSFA. and it still looks cheap there.

I was able to enjoy WECT (analog) from Moore County on Labor Day weekend. Once the big switch occurs in the ILM market, i will never be able to pick them up again since the DT signal barely makes it to Lumberton.

Yeah, I recorded this (from DT) just to the east of Lumberton in Bladen County, and it was a bit difficult to get a steady signal since they moved the transmitter from Delco to Winnabow. I could pick up WPDE and WBTW with no problems.
