Here we show how to use Somatic movement excercises to help attain greater flexibility in the shoulders.

Somatic refers to the body and how we relate to life from within our body. In our daily life we move and live in a way that habituates our body through neuromuscular patterning which causes repetitive stress. Often the nervous system will fire in a way that does not support our strength which leads to muscle strains, postural imbalances, back pain or decreased range of motion.

You can learn how to consciously change your body and relieve pain by improving muscular coordination and integrating core strength. These changes can translate into all your daily activities. Gain flexibility and strength. Improve your posture. Feel taller, lighter, centered, and balanced. Live more comfortably in your body.
