  • Further proof Labour believe in command and control. They hate it if there is actually some sense of a debate anywhere! F*ck them!

  • What a ghastly little man with a ghastly accent.

  • I see his point ....on the other hand; if back-benchers can't speak freely what hope do us muggles have?

  • Douglas Alexander is secretly one of the Borg (from Star Trek).

  • What a wanker.

  • It's the same thing that happens in America. If you disagree with the government, or even the CIA, you're considered unpatriotic. Yet the patriotic thing to do is to prevent the government from being corrupted and making decisions that hinder your liberty. The MP's that voted for a referendum weren't being rebellious or unpatriotic; they were simply doing what they knew was the right thing to do. Discouraging that clearly shows that Alexander truly doesn't care about the people.

  • They where not obliged to go into coalition, they could have formed a minority government...

  • They're not fighting with each other, they have opinions, they're not just robots who go along with central command...

  • Tit
