Greg Raymer states that poker is a game of skill and should not be classified in the same way as other pure chance gaming.
I hate how Fox Business never understands the distinction between poker and gaming. You see it in their ridiculous graphics—showing a roulette wheel when we're talking poker!
Notice I included an eSignal commercial following the interview. This commercial actually aired right before the Greg Raymer interview. I included it as an ironic example of how stupid laws against online poker are.
Day trading which is filled with risk, but also requires skill, is legal. And poker is taboo?

@MrVoletron Yeah, that's why I included it at the end. That eSignal commercial actually aired right before the Greg Raymer segment. You can lose your entire Nest Egg day trading; but online poker is taboo?
