@fishybishbash LOL !! More seriously - the linear gain, PG attenuator pots and MS switching are worth near half the value..... It's a very specific userbase though so wouldn't find much use outside of high end mastering.

The quality of the unit is top notch ( I own one ). It is not all things to all people however, and those who can afford it may benefit from having M build a custom unit, instead of trying to get something "off the shelf". It can cut costs, and time, to grab one these if it has enough of the features you want.
