Crystal's Plea

This is my daughters plea for help. She was abducted by CPS. She was abused by her father (my ex-husband). I called the police to report it and by their direction called CPS. She was having a hard time coping. On recommendation by CPS, I placed her into a treatment center. I was very ignorant and thought they could help her. I was told it was in her best interest not to contact her for a month. I was trying to do everything I could to help her; against my own desire to see and contact her I restrained myself for 3 weeks. During those three weeks they were brainwashing her into believing that I had given up custody of her. When I did try to call, they told me she did not want to speak with me.

Under tremendous pressure from social workers and councilors, she made a tape accusing her brothers of raping her. She based this exaggeration on the fact that at the ages of 6 and 4, Crystal and her brother were found naked together. At the time I was at work and they were being cared for by Crystals paternal grandmother. They used tactics that would be illegal to use on an accused murder to get her to lie about her brothers.

It took less than 15 minutes in court to lose custody of her. During which Crystal was not present and I was allowed to speak less than 5 minutes. The judge laughed when I requested an attorney and I was never appointed one. During the initial court hearing the CPS case worker lied several times and misrepresented the facts completely. They did not even notify me when they terminated my parental rights to her.

After being taken from my custody, she was abused by staff members and older children. When she would start to report this abuse to me and the staff would hang up the phone. Several times her calls ended with her sobbing and pleading for help. She was moved several times and I was not allowed to even know what city she was in. She finally escaped. I am considered a criminal for protecting and sheltering my own child. when she made this tape it was a few days after her escape and she was still in withdrawal from the 13 different medications she was forced to take.

My son is currently in Canada's Child Protection System( CAS - Children's Aid Society) and being mistreated, lied to and kept away from me, the only person he still respects and trusts.

No, ofcourse not. She wanted to be clear and was trying not to let her emotions overcome her. Also, she was suffering from withdrawal. We had to restart the video several times because she was embarrassed about a facial tic that was a side effect of one of their medications. At the time the video was made, CPS knew her location and the police was on their way. A security guard was outside the door. She wanted the truth to be heard. She was afriad that she wouldnt survive to tell it at 18.

If a child is subjected to the most horrific trauma imaginable (i.e., ripped from their family and all they love), then forced to be with psychopaths, and given mind altering drugs, and lied to and coerced into making statements, it wouldn't be that hard to get them to say anything. CPS is the worst criminal enterprise ever to exist on the face of this earth. What more criminal enterprise has there ever been? And all paid for with our tax dollars!!!

CPS is a magnet for bullies, sadists, pedophiles, and pyschopaths. If there were any justice, these people would be in prison for a long, long time. Instead, they are abusing and destroying innnocent children, and getting paid for it.

This video should be downloaded and re-uploaded by everyone, and spread all over the Internet. CPS is a gang of sadistic, demented criminals, paid for by our tax dollars. This is the worst tyranny on the face of this planet. CPS must be abolished.

Time to SUE CPS & JUDGE in Federal court for

and REFUSE to cooperate with "Famil.y Court" which is a Kangaroo Preceeding... Tell the Judge in Family Court he is a CRIMINAL...

CPS workers were stealing the "vouchers", rather gift cards they were recieving at the Van Nuys Office. I recall seeing this on the news in Los Angeles. The use of psych drugs on these children resembles early psychiatric violations of human rights. The only answer it seems is for unions of people and You Tube seems to make this free speech possible.

My mother, now in her 50's, was placed in a similar facility with her bros and sisters as a child and was happy to have a meal and clothes, because she really was abused - but this is different, totally. She would not go home and told the judge that. Your daughter appears to have a goiter in this video - thyroid swelling around the neck which could account for illness and psychiatric symptoms. God Bless you, the both of you need advocacy.
