  • looking good dude, just try and keep the elbows in and not drop your hands. For the most part its good but instead of throwing from and returning to your chin your hands especially the right tend to drop. Not bad though. good movement

  • Thanks, I actually posted this a few years back for shits and giggles. I am currently training and my technique Is quite different and more efficient....

  • not bad you'd drop alot of fools with some of those punches

  • Thanks homey, that's the desired effect...

  • Not bad man! You should check-out 'Manny Pacquiao on heavy bag' here on youtube, it really inspires me before training and you can also check-out how he does it and copy some of his bag techniques. I split my bag sessions into sections, like sometimes I will throw lots a punches to get a workout, but most the time I will just throw a jab or a hook or a cross, but try throw it as fast and explosively as I can, but not concentrating on 2 much power. After 20 mins I start to put in more power!

  • Thanks for the tip homey, I'll try that out. I do something similar to your heavybag workout on my double end bag...

  • Pretty much what u gotta work is keeping your punches tighter, hands up, and chin down...

Tip: when you shadowbox put a small rubber ball under your chin...if you don't keep your chin down the ball drops.

  • that and "revolution"... to bad they sold the copyrights to Micheal Jackson.

  • "come together" best beatles song ever...

  • Bad habit, thanks for the tip. I guess threwing is past tense for throwing? You learn something new everyday be it boxing technique or let say grammar.
