I think it's about time countdown listings covered topics that make people step back a bit before taking two steps forward. I also think that if I could have any super power, it would be to stop time around me so that I could take the money out of everybody's wallets and handbags before returning time to normal - but that's neither here nor there. What I hope to be a weekly regular Tuesday night spot comes: The Tuesday Top 10...beginning on a Monday I know, but I couldn't wait to put this up to be honest.
I would also like to state that the material used throughout this video belongs to the bands mentioned and is only used to encourage their sales and popularity. Why they would say no to free marketing is beyond me.
To kick off (pun intended) our Top 10's we cover the greatest and best songs to have on in the background while inflicting some major pain, and while we do not condone stupid unnecessary violence...sometimes it can't be helped, despite what Jedi's say. If you are going to do something you've got to do it right, and having a soundtrack made for those moments in life that don't seem to have background music - is very important.
Be warned, the following video contains segments of violence and course language. I recommend you avoid making eye and ear contact with it at any stage. Having said that, it's your funeral...enjoy.

WTF are those Gay fashon styled morons doing on here.
I had much respect when I saw AHC, but none of the other bands on here would know a brutal riff if it hit them in the face. Save Meshuggah or dry kill logic.

They have violent groove metal down better than these mainstream styled bands you named could ever dream of.

good list, like all the metalcore bands... kinda surprised, that Slipknot's Duality didnt make the list... Or System of a Down's Prison Song make me full of destructive energy too
