This was hysterical. McCain laughed it off along with the audience. But she made some very good points. It occurred yesterday at McCain's usually controlled town hall meeting. I don't think the Republican nominee was happy with the woman's comments.
"fixing what is broken" the big cheeses have managed to use revenues to "bring home the bacon"! Or to put it more realistically,"buy votes with "YOUR" money.
These frauds have proven themselves incapable of the responsible stewardship of revenues.
They are establishing a benign form of "Feudalism"! And we are all guilty because whenever we heard the mantra "for the common good", we just gave them a blank check.
Well, terrortutu, it's the return on the taxes/investment I'm concerned with---if it goes to the common good---GOOD. If my taxes go to an insane trickle-down neocon millionaire-billionaire---NOT good. I just don't like paying for someone's mink-lined condoms so's they rape me up the whazoo---also, not good.
That being said, and neocons aside, the DINO's need to be terminated---immediately!
Olive... you do have a point...I knew a guy that (after padding his returns)would pay approximately 6.5% of his gross salary to the Feds...he had new cars, satellite, projection screen TVs...nothing but the best. But he would constantly complain about the corporations that made all of the toys for him to live the good life. And of course, would only vote for the politicians that promised freebies. You know...the party of the working people!!! What a laugh...You work and they take, take, take, take!
