How many times per week should one do these exercises for the legs? Would 3 times work? Thank you!

@Finula99 Try to always give your muscles 2 days of rest to recover (if you are working out with heavy weights and intensely.) So, say, do this Monday, Thursday, Sunday, Wednesday, etc. Or you can do 3x per week if that works for your schedule. Just eat enough protein to help repair your muscles into leaner, stronger muscles. Good luck!
