Did anyone ever stop to think "do we really want change?". So many ignore Ron Paul

I think of fascism as one group holding power at the expense of another. You're either in with it or your out being an outcast. When I was younger and was a Christian I would have loved him and thought nothing of it. As an agnostic now though it scares me a little. Its like "Christians are coming to power". I can vote democrat or republican, but if Christians ruled I would be that outcast.

"Religious bondage shackles and debilitates the mind and unfits it for every noble enterprise--James Madison

I think you're misinterpreting what he said... First of all he's quoting Sinclair Lewis. The quote is not an attack on Christian heritage at all. It's a warning of how fascists would promote their agenda by deceiving the people with things americans hold dear to their hearts. You'll know them by their fruits not by what they say. + it makes sense because Satan would be the greatest deceiver

the quote is about DECEPTION

VOTE RON PAUL

Ur misunderstanding what he's saying. He referred to a quote that says if fascism ever enters this country it will be wrapped in a flag carrying a cross. Which means that fascist ideas will be brought before us as patriotic and christian to trick us into accepting them. Thats all he meant sir.

He doesn't believe that Christians are fascists, he believes some fascists will pretend to be Christians, or use the semblance of Christianity and/or patriotism to manipulate people into supporting them. He is truly a Christian and a patriot.

Thanks for the clarification. You have provided the best response to this so far. Do you know of any references to show me regarding Ron Paul's faith?

That's funny, because Lucifer shudders at the name of Christ.
