It's all a joke, because she's tired of explaining what her songs are about.

She said that she was out to dinner with some famous people (I didn't catch their names) and Paul McCartney, and they really liked her music. While they ate, they were fighting over who was the bigger Anna Nalick fan, and Anna told them "I love you all equally." Then another two people walked in, and one of them said "Anna wrote 'In My Head' about me." Haha, pretty and funny, with talent to boot!
