Why not clear the air about the issue? It helped me know more about Ron Paul. That is a good thing for Ron Paul and his campaign.

I feel the same way someguy...I like what Ron Paul has to say, but by supporting him I would be lumped into a group of whacko conspiracists and douchebags like this guy. Beck did a fine job, Ron Paul even said so himself. The interview was very insightful and the only thing that leaves me skeptical is stuff just like this video.

Did it ever strike you sir, that Glenn Beck was trying to clear the air about what Ron Paul believed and did not believe in. A lot of people that might be watching that show may not be as researched as the average Doctor Paul supporter.

that IS an honest question, one reason i find it hard to jump on the ron paul bandwagon is because i would be joining lots of 9/11 truther WACKOS and internet spammers. one strange thing... WHY do the truther morons horde to ron paul? might it say something about ron paul? i really do like ron paul but all the truther followers make me VERY skeptical. it was a FINE question

The technique was also used to smear his fund raising. Paul raised $6M in one day but the story was that $500 is from a racist - obviously Paul is a racist and that gets reported.
This is how the media define a candidate as fringe, until the technique is understood, Democracy will fall victim.

these questions needed to be asked. i always come across people on youtube that try to push these conspiracies and say ron paul backs them too. it makes me hesitant to support him because he is the only candidate being associated with these conspiracies. glen beck had an especially good reason to ask these questions because those people have threatened his family's life. i'm glad he did.

By asking these questions Blen Beck is associating Ron Paul with these guys. Ron Paul handled it well, but his candidacy gets framed by the questions he's asked.
