  • thanks for posting this, he really inspires people. Especially for people raised in different places, he symbolizes that sense of self assigned identity, crossing between countries and borders.

  • "i grew up with white people!"

    lol wise words!

more white people should be like him, then there might be less racism/cultural ignorance!

  • @cantfindwords Oh. OK.

  • @Bouncybon he lived in taiwan too so he must have at least a grasp of mandarin and taiwanese as well :)))

  • very nice

  • he's an inspiration and a true artist. i could listen to him talk all day

  • @Bouncybon No, Chris speaks better Mandarin than cantonese.

  • @bigfatdick5000 no one had the 'right' to be racist.

  • @bigfatdick5000 He speaks Cantonese Chinese - because he lives in Hong Kong. But this doesn't mean he speaks Mandarin Chinese also...

  • love doyle sobber :)

  • The way in which he approaches the relationship between cinematographer and actress strongly influences the way in which I, as a photographer, approach my subjects. Truly an inspiring figure.

  • you have to work very hard to find the film. How true!!
