This is the theme you hear on the main screen for the Desert Combat mod.

The politicians pictured were key figures in the Gulf War which Desert Combat takes place in. They are as follows; United States President George H.W. Bush, Iraqi Dictator Saddam Hussein and United States Defense Secretary Dick Cheney.

This mod paved the way for the greatest FPS multiplayer game ever: BF2. I LOVED this mod. I played it religiously, and I loved the theme. Great post.

Absolutely loved this game. We actually used to have a specified night at a local LAN center where we'd get like 20-30 people LAN and play against each other. best thing ever.

I've been playing this game ever since it came out in 2004 and I still do as of November 2011... man this game is amazing!! It had a lot of things even Battlefield 3 doesn't have.. such as warships, controllable aircraft carriers, mobile Howitzers, MLRS, SCUD launchers, bomber jets had awesome bombing power and A-10 had cluster bombs, tomcat 2-seat jet, gunships, drivable civillian vehicles and overall both Iraq and USA had a much wider variety of vehicles. Best damn game EVER !!!
