OMG!! I cried and cried watching this! I cry for the loss of Shell/Amy and I cry for the loss of the "old" GH! What happened to it????? I miss the old days!!! :(

@1964nickel Totally understand on not being able to keep up on current events while dealing with a dying loved one.
I am healthy. I am happy only in knowing that Shell watches over her brother and I with love. Death my have parted us in body, but I still feel connected in spirit and soul.

@ShellsAndrew Just a note to let you know one more person who still remembers Shell (and Amy) with lots of love and wonderful memories. When she died, my mother was critically ill, and eventually passed in May 2008, so I wasn't aware of much else going on until much later. May this note find you happy and healthy.

Just found this. And even though I don't watch GH now, it's hard to imagine PC without Amy, and it's hard to imagine GH without Shell. God Bless you Shell.

Yes GH did do a very short tribute the last Monday in February 2008 at the end of the show. All of the tributes on youtube have been home-made and I have loved them everyone of them. Her last words were "Andrew, I love you"....and yes I still love her and miss her very much.

It has been almost a year now without Shell. Sorry I have not written in this spot yet. Your video was one of many that touched me in our loney house that Shell and I shared. One year ago I was in the ICU with her. I miss her telling me she loved me, she liked to wrap her arms around me, she loved to cuddle...I miss her...

So agree with you about these soaps now days, these young writers seem to have no sense of history about the vetran characters or the show in general. The way they write some of these storylines (and very stupid I might add) make it seems as if though a vetran character such as Amy Vining (and others), who was a prominent fixture on GH for years, would have you think she never existed at all on the show! R.I.P Shell Kepler.
