How do you change the camera angle like that?

Do you press Z and like a frame after shift the angle of the analog stick so Link's facing towards you, or something?

The result will be that you are in normal camera mode again but z-targetting is messed up. You can now z-target without getting the black rectangles nor will the camera adjust in any way. So you could face your character to the camera, z-target and while z-targetting, push forward on analog stick to see that you'' be back walking in the opposite direction of the camera.

NOTE: Z-targetting while facing left and right is a little funky. If you try to move you will rotate as well.

(also requires first person weapon like bow or hookshot)

Then go to a spot to dive to lock yourself in "rising" anim. Then use hookshot without z-targetting to get locked up with beep noise. Then switch the hookshot c-stick with something else to put hookshot away. And then use a deku nut. You should now be in behind the back camera.

Then simply walk forward into a surface of water with iron boots on and the camera will lock into place completely, then simply walk back out of water.

I just found a glitch today (october 25th, 2011) that allows you to do this in a very controlled fashion, requiring no skill at all.

But... its adult link only. And requirements make the areas of use very limited.

Requires: Epona, Swordless link, Iron boots

First you do SL and get on epona, then use obvious items to gain control of link and still control epona. Then perform ground swimming (reason for iron boots) Continued next post
