Review and shooting of the KJW m9 full metal co2 blowback pistol. This is another great airsoft product by KJW. The M9 is full metal with an upgraded "blue" air nozzle so it can be compatible with co2. The only plastic parts on the gun are the grips and, of course, the air nozzle. The functionality of this weapon, including its double action trigger, is superb and very realistic. The metal slide is removable with just the flip of a switch, making field stripping simple. The gun is very loud when fired but has good/average air consumption. Blowback is crisp and strong, but not the strongest from KJW. With its good weight and accuracy, the KJW M9 is great for any purpose.

  • I am thinking of investing in a blowback gun for mostly moviemaking purposes, but I do play airsoft some. This seems to be a pretty good gun, but I'm wondering how much gas costs and what kind to use. Could you help me?

  • @newcomingfilms It depends on what kind of gas you want to use. It's made to handle co2, but will use other gases. CO2 will only work with the co2 mags and green gas/propane will only work with the gas mags. If you plan on using it primarily for movie making, I suggest green gas. It's the most expensive gas but it will lubricate your gun for you. I don't use green gas but I think it will be good for what you need.

  • did this come with the threaded tip?

  • @98lm013 No

  • stupid question but i want to be sure: KJW and KJ Works are the same companies, right?

  • @TabakmanT Yes

  • Could this pistol kill small mice. I am seriously fucking tired of my cats bringing in mice into my house. Actually could this pistol kill a cat?

  • my next investment :)

  • I had it, but i had broken spring on trigger two times and i must repaired this.Anyway it is good gun. Sorry for my bad English.

  • co2 damages the gun because co2 is essentially very cold. And so springs and such inside can freeze up and damage the gun. I prefer using the green gas, mainly because it has silicon oil in it and will keep the gun from squeaking and breaking..

  • @YATairsoft hey i have the same gun but i was wondering do you know if co2 makes the gun have stronger kick and makes it louder? i know it increases fps but i was wondering about the other two
