    I have not worked that much with Tiger in customizing the appearance. However, the systems folder organization is very similar and the folders are titled the same. This should work then with Tiger. Just look for the same packages and folder on your computer. And following the same process, it should be successful. Just remember to backup your files and remember your exact modifications so you can restore back to the original state if you don't like the change.

  • When I open my imac it doesn't show the login screen, it instead shows the screen that shows when you wake the computer up from sleep, but my macbook shows the login screen. Is there any way to make my iMac open to show the login screen?

  • yeah i have snow leopard too. the apple logo in snow leopard is located in Macintosh HD > System > Library > CoreServices > SecurityAgentPlugins > Loginwindow.bundle (show package contents ) > contents > resources
