  • Where would one find this stripper solarsynapse?

  • kykkak,

This is a 2 piece BNC, there is nothing else needed to make the connection than what is shown in the video. There are 3 piece BNC but we do not use them because they are much harder to get a good connection.

  • never had to do this, but I just learned something new. Very nice tutorial, well paced with enough info, not overwhelmed by uselessness and didn't fall short of useful facts. Good job and thank you.

  • I think you could use that stripper more effectively. Properly adjusted, it should make both cuts at once, and without cutting the braid, and without leaving waste braid that must be trimmed.

  • Very easy, lol.

  • That's wrong and just rubbish I've been in the trade for 78 years and never seen it done that way before see my video Beatles love me do

  • Thank You....

  • you dont even now how to put a connector on.learn it first then upload video.

  • This is really bad way of doing it. You crimp it on the connector (bigger crimp) and on insulation part of the cable with smaller crimp. You do not crimp on copper shilding. If you do it this way, few months later you will be back to repair loose connector. Just strip much less of the cable, half the size he strips and you will be fine. Copper shilding should be only cripmed over the connector with larger size crimp. Smaller size keeps grip on the cable, so connector stays put.
