@sinoples hey, just my perspective. Seemed to be more honor for responsibility back then as opposed to now. I do not come from a 2 parent home either. My dad walked out on us before I could really know him. My mom remarried years later to a guy who was really good to us kids. I never said marriage or people were perfect back then. So, I do not see what you got from my comment. Any excuse works for being irresponsible now days was the point I was making..

@Webbgurl2000 Take it from a child who's mother had a shotgun wedding. When that child is three Fred will leave divorce papers on the kitchen table and then what will happen to that little girl and her mother. I was blessed that my father was selfless enough to take on a divorced woman with a child and adopt her. Not many women were.

Back when the WOMEN were WOMEN and they were STRAIGHT, the freaks the and homosexuals STAYED IN THE CLOSET, the chrome on the cars was thick, most people knew how to DRESS PROPERLY, most people had MORALS and MANNERS, the JAILS were JAILS, there was REAL silver in the coin money, the food was REAL, there was near 100% EMPLOYMENT, a BUM was a BUM, + much more!!!
