i was offered a gig opening/possibly backing up jim dandy later this year... i of course said yes. keep an eye out for a band called "the girls from hateville" (i'm the drummer) we have two influences, boa, and wild turkey 101...

Black Oak's still around playing occasional shows. Sadly, they've lost their commercial appeal and are playing bars, small clubs, and RV Parks. They're still great, though, and of course, Jim Dandy's still with em! Check em out. They have a Myspace page. Google it to be sure of the URL. Youtube won't let me post URL's.
