yes, but you need to change the rods etc so its cheaper to take the whole turbo om606 motor and drop it in w124 by using the mechanical om603 IP (the om606 td is electronic punp)

Could you take the turbo components off of a w210 om606 and bolt them to a previously non turbo om606 in a w124?
