This video describes how to make soymilk using a soymilk maker. Making soymilk at home is very easy using this convenient machine. The machine automatically makes the soymilk, all you have to do is soak the beans and push a button.
The machine is also used to make nutmilks like almond milk, rice milk and any combination you can think of. The video shows Trudy making a 1/2 and 1/2 combination of soy and sunflower seed milk.
You can add flavorings to home made soymilk to make it taste more like store bought. This video shows the adding vanilla and sugar, but you can make chocolate or any other flavor by adding flavor after the soymilk is done.

  • @NicoletteLynnMusic Nut fat is healthy fat. Unless you are worried about gaining weight, you should consume as much nut fat as you can. Nut fat will lower your LDL, cholesterol, and triglyceride while raising your HDL. All of these factors will lower your risk to cardiovascular diseases.

  • Why not add nutrients instead of sugar? Maybe agave or honey instead?

  • You don't soak your nuts too?

  • Great video do u have any suggestions on which one to try thats your favorite?

  • Do the nut milks contain a lot of fat, or is most of the fat left in the pulp?

  • @gentle991
