Supawan Green talks about the essence of Buddhism. She explains the topic of the five aggregates which constitute human life form, body and mind. Supawan emphasises that the term 'mind' is actually made of of four formless entities which can be separated into subject and object or Tom and Jerry in her term. Human's problems from domestic to global stem from the mental self (Tom or human consciousness) is being attacked by a whole army of Jerry (thoughts, memories and feelings). The solution is to practice the four foundations of mindfulness or bringing our mental self back home. This series of vdo is Supawan's three days teaching in Singapore in November 2011. Supawan covered a wide range of important topics in Buddhism that will help students to understand how the mind works as well as guiding students into the practice of the four foundations of mindfulness or bringing the mental self back home - a mental skill leading one to inner-peace and full control over the mind.
