how do i install rockbox on ipod 80gb 5.5g,ive found a ipod 5.5g patch that ive downloaded and i download it and it has the extension .patch what do i do with that file now? or is there another method to installing in to ipod 80gb 5.5g

Did you use the included Rockdoom version? I was wondering how you got the sound, I have the 5th gen, yet I don't remember Rockdoom having sound unless you did something to it. If so, what did you do?

i couldnt get it to work it keeps saying missing base WAd files. I put the required wads in a seperate folder in my games because all teh programs are loose i created a doom folder and put all eh doom stuff in it but then it wouldnt show up on my ipod : (((
