@magicalarmor it is a good question but one that really has no definite answer. I think each person who call's them self a Juggalo has a slightly different take on how to define it. However several facts ring true for us all, We were all outcasts at some point, most are relatively open minded and accepting of others, we tend to stick together and look out for each other. We see each other as family, please keep in mind, like any group of people, we have a few bad apples.

@magicalarmor It's someone who prefers ICP, Twizted, etc. They consider it a 'family' and some of them paint their faces, which I think is taking it too far. I'm not a juggalo, I just asked myself the same question you asked a while ago so I looked it up and asked some of the local juggalos in my town.
