Im sure there is more, I thought it was recorded every year. Why would they film every other year and not 86?

till 1985 there was a 16 mm film crew working every year, and in '88 they started doing a big video registration every pinkpop. So 86 and 87 there was barely any coverage, just newsreel footage

For me this was the best Pinkpop ever, last time in Geleen that year which I regret. The line-up was awesome with the cult and cure. I remember there were hundreds of small fires causing a black smoke all around the festival-site during The Cure's set, very dark atmosphere.

And I became an alltime Cult-fan that day the rocked that place man.

11 oktober staan ze in de HMH.

Ik was daar voor het eerst van m'n leven op een rock festival. Had "She Sells" op radio gehoord en ben sindsdien verknocht aan The Cult. In oktober (2009) ga ik weer, spelen ze in HMH A'dam. CFFC. PS : 1992 was ik er ook (zie Sun King op you tube). Was super toen, jammer dat er geen beeld van is Cure en Cult)
