Pickups Aug 2011

Just some pickups for the past month or more. Some free GBA games and a strange collection of Asian 3DO games take the spotlight. I'm pretty sure some of these 3DO games are Chinese bootlegs. What do you think?

@SeeJayAre I got lucky with those 3DO games and I went back last week and they had more I must have missed because they were in the book section. I got a boxed copy of the Need for Speed for like $7 and they also had a boxed Road Rash but I didn't grab that since I already had it. But yeah it sure ain't like what it used to be several years ago at the thrift stores around here.

I have never found a Sega CD game at the Talize in Mississauga or Brampton. Nor have I ever seen one in any Value Village in the GTA

@91Taurus Hrmm there rare here but you'd think in a big GTA VV you would see lots more.

Are there usually some video games at Talize? One of my friends works there and could get me a 50% discount. I've never been, and didn't really think they'd have any!

@suxatguitar1 There's almost always games there and somtimes consoles. I got my Japanese Mega Drive there for like $7! That was random though usually there's just common things like PS1, PS2, Game Cube and sometimes N64 and stuff like that.

I don't know what the equililant of 5.99 is, in English money, but I found this great store which sells all old Sega MegaDrive (Genesis in the USA ^_^), CD, and Dreamcast games with about £2 xD Its really cheap, but most don't have books :/ Good condition though, and they have tons of psx and gb/c/a games :D
