My Guitar Hero all times, Mick Ronson. Saw him live first together with Mott The Hoople in november 1974. Then plenty of times together with Ian Hunter.
Remarkable guitarplayer. Only three soloalbums, one who was finnished after his death. This is from his second album "Play Don´t Worry". The song was maybe his greatest hit. In my video who has a fictive story from the sixties and the mod culture, is Billy Porter one legend in Londons mod world.
What a lovely song, he was a greater songwriter than he gets credit for. This is a re-uploading from a year ago, summer 2009.
Best Wishes

  • I live in Boston"s theatre districk. It is ok but can be dangerous a bit at night. I always loved this song no matter what town its about . I just wish Mick Ronson was still alive then he could tell us what inspired him to write this.

  • @frank02111

Yes, saw him live with Mott in 1974

then three times in his livecorporation

with Ian Hunter. I think this is a bit Bowish

and I love the song a lot.

    Best

    Michael

P.S My videostory is a fictive story who I thaught feed up the song, showing the Mod Culture.

  • Kinda of make scence. If you just came to New York City from England. You would find it a little dangerous and like the song implies have fun but be packing!

  • @frank02111

Have my daughter over there, lives in Brooklyn,

thinks she never leaves that city,

Still be staying at my little safe place on the westcoast

    of Sweden. All The Best
