@BritishAgent Yes but the material that were put into the aircraft were "FAA approve to not cause fire or catch fire" DIffrent flaws led to the crash it was not all Swiss fault

Swiss is a mixture of former swissair and crossair employees, what made Swissair so much better than? The logo?

i remember swissair like it was yesterday :D my first international trip and flight from Manila to Zurich (with MD-11) with stop over in Hong Kong (where i got the chance to see the concord) how they asked me if i wanted to go into the cockpit and talk with the pilot... how they let me strap on and stay in the cockpit while they did a night landing in hong kong, that experience is what made me love planes =) where they actually had young pretty stewardess looool ^_^

I remember flying Swissair from Johannesburg to Zurich and then on to Denver on their MD-11.

I loved the IFE.

Then it caused a fire...

I was freaked out!

So we flew Lufthansa and Air France from then on...

@BritishAgent: May be it caused it in the beginning. but there were much more circumstances... The flamable material and so on... May god bless all occupants of SR 111...
