@EditionsJW Muito simples, um Mega Drive, um Game Genie e um controle... tô brincando... na verdade esses códigos estão feitos para a versão do video-game e não para emuladores, pois a rom original tem os offsets trocados em relação à rom distribuida na internet.

Hey, just a little hint, try usuing an emulator before trying out new codes. I didn't and I ruined my Sonic 3 and Sonic and Knuckles cartridges forever!

Sorry guy... Because I talked on other video of mine that the real problem using Roms and Emulators that the code is a little different, and they can't work on a real hardware, and my purpose is to show taht's possible to use different hex codes and create a whole new playing experience.

Try to see soome docs about Sonic 2 and Rom dumps of Sonic 2 and the common and altered Sonic 2 for emulators on an Hex Editor, and see what I am talking (use Cygnus Hex Editor, simple and perfect)

Your night green hill gives me something else: the names of the game programmers (written in Japanese Kanji) when "Sonic Team Presents" and when Green Hill starts: Ashura.

That´s so good! I like to use the original hardware and Game Genie because of this, you can transform the game to another kind and change the experience with it.

Years ago, I should shock my little sister by accidentally misentering a code, and causing "syntax error" to show up on the screen with some hex gibberish, and watching the game freeze.

Apparently, Sega leaves things in the game which are normally totally useless.
