How to Whiten Your Teeth in less than a minute

Instructions:

1. Half fill a glass with water, then put in about a soup spoon's worth of Bicarbonate of soda (baking soda) and stir.
2. Take a mouthful and swish it round your mouth for about ten seconds, then spit it out into a hand bowl or sink. (Warning: It tastes disgusting)
3. Repeat until glass is empty.
4. Quickly brush your teeth using water. (To get rid of gunk)

Repeat once a month.
