are those nightlights waterproof as well? and shouldn't the other powerstrip produce bubbles as it is immersed in water (electrolysis)? also, why is the power cut off so abrubtly? is the other powerstrip's circuit breaker tripping? shouldn't the nightlight get dimmer as the water shorts out the strip, draws more current, and causes the voltage to sag?

not sure about the insulation part, but because the water falling from the bottle isn't a laminear (hope i spelt that right) flow, it won't conduct current.
