What the sense of doing all that if in the end u install Windows Server on them? Restarts to 0? Lol, Windows is known for his permanent restarts with every patch.

Just install Linux and the work is done, it never needs to restart. My father switched to Linux(on the Server) and for already 10 years he never had to restart the server...
