I'm glad my mom isn't really strict at all. She is actually quite laid back on a lot of things, actually, so is most families in our Baptist Church. While don't live that life, I do know a few people who do or did, and I feel sorry for them.
dude right on point, i grew up baptist, i am now a methodist kids praise 2 reference was awesome, I had the LP, do you remember cool in the furnace as well? i cant stop watching this, hope you make more of these, i have definately shared it.
Psalty the Songbook! Yes- I had his tapes too (because I was in KidsPraise). I grew up in a strict Christian home, and I'm grateful because it laid a great foundation for my own relationship with Jesus.
Thief in the Night scared me too! And yep we had a puppet to teach scripture. Psalty is cool. No halloween for me either, and now that I have kids their are some things I will change like no thief in the night video, and still no halloween :)
