So that's how COMCAST of Vero beach does the EAS. better than non-digital Bright house, But more intrusive.
All the digital EAS for bright house is is just a Wider Program info bar with the program name/data replaced with the EAS message.

Well basically, Comcast hijacks your digital box from whatever you're watching to a specific channel with the LED reading "EAS". I guess it's effective.
