أفاد أحد معتقلي غوانتانامو أنّ ظروف المعتقل ما زالت سيئة وأن لا شيء تغيّر منذ تسلّم باراك أوباما سدّة الرئاسة الأمريكية. المعتقل يدعى محمّد القرعاني، وهو ينتظر الإفراج عنه, وقد استغلّ حقّه في إجراء اتّصال هاتفي واحد... فاختار الاتّصال بالجزيرة عبر رئيس قسم الحريات فيها سامي الحاج، وهو معتقل سابق في غوانتانامو
