    Thats the optimum word shovel ready "projects" generally a project is something that is temporary and when its done its over. So the jobs that he supposedly made were temporary. Some were not only temporary but never even took off. Under Obama jobs have been lost and the only area that has increased in jobs is the Federal Government. Not exactly where you want jobs to grow. Because that means more taxes because who pays for those Federal jobs? We do. Civilians are paid by the company.
