You know something's wrong when people give a thumb's down for supporting kucinich. You all do realize he's the only democrat running who would do something about this don't you? Ever think that's why he's now 4th in the polls, even though he's only raised 2 million bucks? RP is ok, for a republican or libertarian.

It's called capture theory: a regulatory agency gets 'captured" by the industries they regulate by the placement of department heads who are on the industries side.
They teach this in business school.
This is why our government is more interested in protecting the corps poisening us then us.
